Service Description

We start our meditation in the Geissmann Oval, behind the Vonda Youngman Centre where we will Relax and connect more deeply with this natural wonderland of scenic beauty, through a guided meditation that will help you immerse more deeply with your surrounds. Deeper listening will enhance your experience here. Suitable for both experienced and beginner meditators. Following this meditation, a suggested and optional experience to head to the Knoll NP and Cameron Falls just down the road. Other Info: Please bring a mat or blanket to sit on the ground, plus a water bottle. Or if rainy, there is an under cover area with seating available. If you are choosing to continue onto the National Park (5 mins away) and walk down to Cameron Falls, the walk, once at the National Park it is approx. 2.6km return. This is optional and at your leisure, following the meditation. The Knoll NP is a hidden treasure and offers spectacular views, BBQ and picnic areas, rainforest, a river through the bush to Cameron falls, a lookout, there are large boulders along the track, wildlife and this whole area will not disappoint. Toilet facilities are here, along with a covered area if wet.
