This session is designed to explore potential work we could do together, with an introduction to the modalities on offer and what that would look like. It will assist in opening up to the possibilities that life can feel different to your current experiences and it will introduce tools that will help you get to where you want to go. There is a no obligation to continue to do sessions. You will not be sold to in any way. This is purely to assist you in deciding on what is right for you on your journey and if I am the right person for you to consider working with. Thank you.
